The apartment Our flat "Montjuïc"
offers you accomodation in a quiet spot for families and small groups
up to 6 persons.
We have available one large and one smaller bedroom, ample bathroom,
a lounge with sofa bed and a fully equipped american-style kitchen.
The flat with its 60m2, central heating and wooden floor gives you
a perfect and homy base to discover Barcelona all year round.

The neighbourhood As you can notice from the name, we are located in the district
of Montjuïc of Barcelona, approx. 3 minutes walk from Plaza
España.
At Plaza España you will find all possiblitities of public
transport, e.g. the first stop of the airport shuttle, two underground
lines and strategic point for local buses.
By foot you can reach the old gothic city centre and the harbour
within 20-30 minutes.
In case you want to visit the fair, our appartment is the perfect
place for you, since we are only two streets away.
Close by you can visit the olympic instalations, the cultural
forum "Caixa Forum", the "Pueblo Español"
and the museums "Museo Nacional de Arte de Catalunya",
"Museo Etnológico", "Museo Antropológico"

Caixa Forum
The old modernistic building, known as Casaramona,
was origianly used as a manufacturing site. Now it offers art
exhibitions in its breathtaking interior. Free
entry

Pueblo Español Here you see amazing replicas of
bulidings of whole Spain, housing workshops, handicraft shops,
restaurants, pubs and flamenco bar.
On Saturday night it converts into one of Barcelona's meeting point with bars and
nightclubs. |

Palau Nacional The palace, build for the world
exhibition of 1929, hosts the museum of catalonian art (MNAC).
In front of the palace you find the Fuente
Mágica, a water display with lights and music. |

Estadio Olímpico The stadium was originaly build for
the olympics planned in Barcelona in 1936, however, did not
reach olympic fame until 1992.
The stadium, amongst others form the olympic ring
which is worth a visit. |
